Pre & Post natal Group Fitness

Hayley Rothery has been a trainer for over 12 years and has specialised in postnatal and prenatal fitness for 10 years.

The Mums & Bubs pre-natal and post-natal program is designed to provide safe exercises and gradually build up your strength. I will modify any exercises where needed and take care of you individually.

Prenatal fitness helps you prepare physically and emotionally for labour as well as recovery postpartum. Learn more

Mums Fitness you’ll be taken care of beyond bubs and provided a program so that you’ll continue to progress in your strength and fitness. School age kids are welcome. Bonus part is they have fun playing together in the school holidays.

Small Group Training

Similar to personal training, SGT are designed to be enjoyable and effective. SGT provides strength and endurance classes that are designed for time efficient, yet effective, full body workouts. They are personable as they range from 2-4 people.

Personal Training

My training sessions are designed to be enjoyable, effective and are specifically tailored to the individual's fitness and health goals. They are programmed so that there is consistency in the style of training so that you build on your strength and fitness but there is also a variety of exercises so that you won't plateau or become bored of the same routine.
